About Newman Village: Located in Frisco, Texas,
Newman Village embraces architectural
diversity in its design while striving to build a sense of community behind its gates. Inspired by the
growth of the Frisco arts movement, Newman Village will feature amenities such as a European
fountain, original works of art, and a stunning 2.6-acre central plaza. Tennis courts, scenic walking
trails, and a swimming pool will encourage an active lifestyle, while plans for upscale shopping
and dining will put urban conveniences nearby.
Newman Village is the result of years of planning by the Darling family and the Newman family,
who originally settled in Frisco over 150 years ago. To help turn their vision into reality,
developer Frisco Partners has selected a small group of custom homebuilders based on their
reputation, product quality, attention to detail, and long-standing history within the community.
Located just off the tollway at El Dorado Parkway, 207 home lots will be available for purchase
in the summer of 2008.
